Administrative Structure

Richard K. Davis Construction Corporation operates from a corporate philosophy that client service and satisfaction is our primary goal. In order to accomplish this, we appoint a project manager that is schooled and experienced to manage every aspect of development. If full design-build services are required, each of our project managers have the capacity to provide all of the technical services needed to navigate a project from concept to completion. The success of our projects is based on our ability to provide single source responsibility to our clients through our experience in assembling and managing the myriad of design professionals and acquiring approval of our local governing jurisdictions. We realized over forty years ago that becoming involved during design not only allowed design and permitting to flow more easily but also that construction specification and detailing became cleaner, simpler and incorporated a balanced concern for aesthetics, function and economics.

Douglas Davis, President of the corporation, remains involved in every project through regularly monitoring each project’s status and therefore keeping the project managers accountable. He delegates complete project responsibility to the project manager but is readily available to assist each project as needed. We employ as backup administrative staff a project manager assistant, controller, payroll clerk and safety officer. (Refer to organizational chart) We all operate out of our singular corporate office, working well together as a team that draws on each other’s capacity and strengths.
